alright first off wen posting for help please put it in the help center topic
next is that any maze u r stuck on there r ppl who can show u the way namely bomber12 who is usually active on the game
next is that u cant get earthquake the lvl limit is 30 and u cant go any higher also there is no tm for it
and lastly there r a few places where u can get staryu u can get it in celadon where u fish for it or route 124 in the water
