Level Bug, Canot level byond 30.

Firstly Hello, i am new to the game. so as i was playing and i was asking some of my friend's when my wartortle could evole they told me that Pokemons can not level byond 30. so i was confused.
Can please a Moderator or the owner do something about it? i really enjoyed the game and i want to keep playing but beating the gyms with pokemon that are level 30...... you get it.. its hard.
please do something about it.

its hard yea but there is a cap to level 30 its not a bug. Fint keeps it this way until the johto league is released which he will then raise the cap. but before i remember him saying he will raise the cap to level 40 but it will take time.

Yes, currently the game is unfinished, the level cap will be eventually raised.
