Okay! Can anyone tell me where to get a Gastly at? I through you can get one by Saffron City...But havent seen one.....Please help!

Well lets just say you need a Wigglytuff. He is a quest reward. Just need to find the NPC.

As Bara said. Catch Jigglypuff, evolve to Wigglytuff, trade for Gastly on an NPC...Topic locked.
