Ground Collector need help

Well i thought the forums is where you go to resquest help, but for this i did ask people in the game no one knows(mostly because nobody is doing the collect pokemon quests) so could you plz tell me if there is a person who asks you to collect ground types because i might have passed him, but i dont remeber seeing him. Only need to collect the Dragon, Flying, Ice and Ground medals and then i will have progressed as far as possible.

Honestly im not quite sure if there is. You can ask in the forums or help its not a problem but thank you for asking in game first. If people dont know in game then go to forums. Thing i also wonder is what is the dragon type needed. The only medal I have yet to gain.

you need to get dratini which is the only dragon pokemon and how did you get Ice because you need articuno

fint didnt include the legendaries in any of the quests. I dont think?

it is impossible to have 5 diffrent kanto ice pokemon when the only kanto ice pokemon are Cloyster, Jynx, Dewgong, Lapras, and Articuno

I have Kanto Grass, Fire, Normal, Steel, Ghost, Psychic, Poison, Rock, Electric, Water, Bug and Fighting Medals but i would now like to know if EV training is possible and what i can use as a reference for the EVS

EV training is possible, people do it all of the time.As far as the ice medal goes, your forgetting the pokemon's previous evolutions like seel, he's part ice too.

i honestly dont know if ev training really works. I have been attempting to ev train but it just doesnt make a difference in the stats.

Yea Tiger is correct and also Flying is impossible to do and so is dragon and i really cant find the ground collector so i gave up working on eevee team now and anyone tell me what points do for me

haha Tiger i love it. But points dont really do anything at all. Just a forum thing.
