What happens after 8th gym?

I wanted to know what can i do after i get 8 badges and have caugh all pokes (since the game starts till viridian)

Cause.. there are looooot of pokemon left.. And i want to know where are they. xD
Oh and, (out of topic) when does onix envolves?

Onix evolves when you trade him. As for what pokemon are where, I think there is a guide on this site, if not, good hunting. After you get all 8 badges, you train to participate in the pokemon league.

I heard something about joinin johto after 8 medals and 8 badges, is that true?

I guess you'll have to figure that out then...because there are ten, otherwise it wouldn't ask for it. So think closely about half psychics too. And Johto is not in the game, so it would be hard to go there...I told you what to do after 8 badges, just follow it.

If you need help finding a specific pokemon just ask me, I'm acquiring all of the ones that I can possibly get in the game slowly but surely. Because I'm insane. In the membrane.

After the eighth gym though...yeah, I think it's just training and collecting and bragging. Going around and helping other people, etc. Waiting for the league and updates. What have you.

Yup so do all the quests, find rares, breed, get best pokemon team and prepare for leagues

There's a few side quests that is easier after the 8th gym.
Pokemon involved:
Hitmonlee/chan
Chansey
Snorlax
and don't forget where you can trade for Pokemon with NPC's.
