Offtopic - changes

From now on topics which get no replies for a month will get deleted.
The offtopic is used alot for useless posts, which is fine.
But these posts tend to stick around for ages and because of their useless nature things will turn into a mess.

So, from now on the offtopic forums get emptied now and then.

This is a smart thing to do, however some topics should be a bit more understandable. I recommend using a trash can function, so you could clean-up the forums and you can retrieve any topics that may have had anything important in them. It's helpful.
