Ok is there anywhere in the game you can catch a ghost pokemon? like ghastly or haunter. Because Sabrina is giving lots of trouble with her psychic pokemon.

There is an NPC located somewhere that if you trade a Wigglytuff, they will give you a Gastly. Buy a moon stone, catch Jigglypuff, evolve it, trade to that guy, get Gastly. His location is somewhere in an area you can get to!
