as you can see my shiny magikarp shouldve been lvl 19 and it isnt >.> and it is a pain in the ass to normally train it so i thought lets put it up here XD

Magikarp messes up a lot, you'll have to keep doing it until it finally begins to change.

damn >.> training magikarp is hella boring, especially if youneed to ev train it and it must be like 30 before it learns flail and you can evolve it >.>
