Daycare issue Empty Daycare issue

So i had magikarp(mr magic) in the daycare since level 5, the daycare man told me that he was level 15 and i withdrew him thinking he would know tackle and BANG he was only level 11.

Yeah, the forums are pretty slow these days, i hope you get your problem solved though, seeing as i never had this problem with the daycare before.

Yea same thing happened to me earlier. Said it was level 8 but it was only 5
