Whenever i try to trade my kadabra to someone it always goes in their pc and we have tried only having 2 pokemon in our party so that is not it, With this bug i cant evolve my kadabra

did you try trading the kadabra for nothing? then trade it back for nothing

Try trading with another individual, as this bug was present in the past. It affects some and not others, if you merely attempt to trade with another person you trust, maybe the server head, it might work...If it still doesn't, then I don't know what to tell you with Fint not updating anymore.

Must be something new then, i always thought if you had an extra space open and you traded he should evolve.
