Transferable Savefiles Empty Transferable Savefiles

I don't know how much you trust the players but this may be an option. I am sick of moving from server to server to play the game. Can you either:

A) Make savefiles client side, so that you can go to any server and have the same savefile.
B) Make it so you can download your save from one server (deleting it), and load it on another.

Just some ideas, thanks for taking the chance to look at them.

No this isn't capable with any BYOND game. You can however, copy your save file from your own computer ( Depending on where its at) and talk with the host of whichever server and tell him to paste your save file into the host files that he host.

Actually, its completely possible.

Have you ever played Duel Monsters Online? Saves are kept on the players computer, rather than a server. Therefore the player can jump from server to server without fear of losing their savefile.

This would actually be a great idea, for those who tend to get annoyed when moving from server to server.

And yeah, it is possible, and to keep people from editing their saves, you can just use a hash function.

That would be awesome if it were the case here. it would attract more people probably since most quit because they dont want to restart
