It has! Inside the Inn! Just nearly nobody uses it! Very Happy Well not actually OOC because it can be only heard inside every Inn...

I think the reason why there aren't OOC in Citrine because people can't just shout through the whole world! Use the PM, Inn ( if you and your friends are in different town), or simply step on the same route! Very Happy

I think the general chat is Route Wide only.
