All Diamond Pearl and Platinum discussion goes here, like FC's(which would be better in sig), battler requests general help such as EV's IV's move sets, trade requests, fav strategy etc.

Go on serebii, once you get the egg, the IV is set, you can not boost the IV's once you have the Pokemon.

More sepcific go to game mechanics or ask Fint Laughing

Don't use Razor Claw!! Razor Claw doesn't increase the critical hit ratio on moves that already have a higher than normal ratio like night slash Razz

============

Not really a combo but it destroys everything in the late-game when all your opponents are weakened. Requires Stealth Rock to be active for maximum destruction.

Lucario w/ Life Orb and EV'd max in Atk and Spe.
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Extremespeed (Priority)
- Bullet Punch (Priority)

Bullet Punch can be replaced with Crunch, Ice Punch or Stone Edge but then you lose coverage against Gengar. Stealth Rock is needed so you can KO Salamence, Gyarados, Zapdos etc. after a single swords dance with extremespeed. Priority all the way.

Another good late game sweeper is

Weavile w/ Expert Belt and EV'd max in atk and spe.
- Swords Dance
- Night Slash
- Ice Shard (Priority)
- Brick Break

I don't particularly own the later version of games and I don't even know where my gameboys are anymore, I just tend to play Fint's game as it is my only means of pokemon anymore really. Though if I had it, I'd give a shot in battling you xD

Its probably cause its in the sticky section i tend to miss those and while I'm at it Doc do you even IV train cause i kinda find it a pain.

some ppl say you need to do a wifi battle at lvl 100 and check their stats on an IV calculator, but sometimes when I have a pokemon at lvl 15 i can just use an IV calculator and it gives me some possibilities.

And if you would tell me some tips for IV training other than breed them and cross fingers for having 31 on the 2 stats u want that would be helpful XD

First off, 2 31's is impossible, at least not legitimate.
2nd, you can check there IV's without calculating, which is checking it's behavior, like if it's mischievious then it WILL have a 311 IV in SP ATK.
Serebii should have a ref guide on personality traits, I'll link to it later.
Here's another
"Likes to thrash about" (31 atk IV)
And it's not actually training..

What in the world... did u memorize all of that cause I read that writing you find like "Like to Trash about" only means that 1 figure can be either 1 or 6 or something like that it was totaly confusing and my explenation isnt helping you i guess
